Upon confirming the price, feel free to request samples to thoroughly evaluate our quality.
Should you desire samples, please note that a sample shipping fee will be applicable.
3. Can you do the design for us?
Yes. Our expert team, renowned for their extensive experience in design and manufacturing, is at your service. Share your vision with us, and we will bring your ideas to fruition. No worries if you lack finalized files; we can assist you. Simply provide us with high-resolution images, your logo, and text, and describe your desired arrangement. We will then send you the completed files for your approval.
4. How long can I expect to get the samples?
Once the sample charge is paid and confirmation files are sent, expect your samples to be ready for dispatch within 5-10 days. You may use your own express account, or opt to prepay us if you don't have one.
5. What about the lead time for mass production?
Lead times vary based on the order quantity and the season of order placement. For MOQ, anticipate a lead time of approximately 10 to 15 working days. We advise initiating your inquiry two months prior to your desired delivery date to ensure timely receipt in your country.
6. What is your terms of delivery?
We accept EXW, FOB, CFR, CIF, DDU, DDP and DAP etc. Choose the option that best suits your convenience and budget.
