If finalized files are unavailable, there's no need to worry; we can guide you through the process. Simply provide us with high-resolution images, your logo, and text, along with your desired layout. 4. How long can I expect to get the samples?
Once the sample fee is settled and confirmation files are received, expect your samples to be ready for dispatch within 5-10 days. You can use your own express account, or choose to prepay us if unavailable.
5. What about the lead time for mass production?
Lead times are influenced by the size of the order and the season when the order is placed. For MOQ, expect a lead time of about 10 to 15 working days. To ensure timely delivery, we recommend initiating your inquiry at least two months before your desired delivery date.
